MTN Ghana will temporarily close all its service centres nationwide to the public on Saturday, 15 August 2026, the telecommunications company has announced.
The closure will affect customers seeking in-person services at MTN Ghana service centres across the country on the day.
MTN Ghana has advised customers to use its digital and remote support channels for their service needs during the closure.
Customers can access services through the myMTN App, the company’s Facebook page, MTNGhana, and its X account, @MTNGhana. They can also contact customer care by email at customercare.gh@mtn.com or call 100.
The company apologised for any inconvenience the temporary closure may cause and thanked customers for their continued support.
MTN Ghana said the service centres would resume normal operations after the closure.
