Airtel Africa CFO Jaideep Paul to retire in July 2025

Airtel Africa has announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Jaideep Paul, will retire following the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) in July 2025.

Paul, who has been pivotal in shaping the company’s financial strategy and delivering strong performance, will explore a new opportunity within the Bharti Group, Airtel Africa’s parent company.

He will be succeeded by Kamal Dua, currently Deputy CFO, who will also join the Board as Executive Director.

Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman of the Board, praised Paul’s contributions, highlighting his role in driving strategic change and financial discipline while expressing confidence in Dua’s leadership for the company’s future growth.
