The Presidential Candidate of the Movement for Change, Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, has revealed that he has created a digital platform that is collating the details of young people and their skills with the view to providing at least 3 million jobs if he becomes president.
The platform, dubbed the “3 Million Jobs Platform,” is designed to provide quality jobs for the youth based on their specific skills set if he is elected as president in the December 2024 election.
Alan Kyerematen explained that he developed this initiative in anticipation of Ghana’s ongoing economic challenges, saying that the plan is to create a wide range of jobs from the 10-point plan he has for the youth, and that will even cater for individuals with lower educational backgrounds.
He further detailed his plan, stating that the 3 million job platform would be launched within the first 18 months of his tenure as president.
“I needed to prepare those skills in the market before coming into power, not wait until I become president to start thinking about what to do for the youth,” Alan Kyerematen emphasised.
Presenting himself as the best candidate to lead Ghana through its economic difficulties, Alan Kyerematen urged Ghanaians to consider his vision and vote for him in the 2024 elections.
He made the call in a one-on-one interview with Kwadwo Sheldon.
