The subscription window for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Ghanaian beverage manufacturer Kasapreko PLC has officially closed, according to notices issued by investment platform IC Wealth on Friday.
In an early morning communication to prospective investors at 6:28 a.m., IC Wealth reminded clients that the IPO subscription period would end at midday and advised those yet to complete payment for their applications to use Mobile Money (MoMo) to avoid delays.
“The Kasapreko IPO closes on IC Wealth at 12 Noon. If you are paying, use Momo to be safe. Bank transfers made this morning may not clear in time,” the platform stated.
The advisory was intended to ensure that investors’ payments were received and processed before the subscription deadline, amid concerns that bank transfers initiated shortly before the cut-off time might not settle in time.
Shortly after the deadline, IC Wealth confirmed the closure of the offer in a follow-up notice issued at 12:21 p.m.

“The Kasapreko IPO is closed and the subscription window has ended. Thank you for placing your order,” the platform announced.
The closure marks the end of the application period for one of the most closely watched public offerings on the Ghanaian capital market in recent months. Investor interest in the offer has been strong, reflecting confidence in Kasapreko’s growth prospects and its position as one of Ghana’s leading indigenous beverage producers.
With the subscription period now concluded, investors will await further communication regarding allotment results and the next steps in the listing process.
Market participants will be keenly watching the outcome of the IPO, which is expected to broaden participation in Ghana’s equity market while providing Kasapreko with additional capital to support its expansion strategy.
