Viory produces about 70 videos every day and has coverage spanning 87 countries and 300 media outlets, Africa Distribution Representative Alexander Kobia has said.
Speaking at the Broadcasters Convention 2026 in Accra, Mr Kobia said the company was focused on expanding coverage across the Global South and ensuring African stories reached audiences worldwide.
He said Viory could also provide personalised, stand-up videography for broadcasters requiring coverage in areas where they had no presence.
The company has an archive dating back 15 years, he said, while its daily production includes content on breaking news, catastrophes and other major events.
Mr Kobia said Viory had partnerships with national and private broadcasters, including the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation, Ethiopia Broadcasting Corporation, Namibia Broadcasting Corporation and Botswana Broadcasting Corporation.
He also mentioned partnerships with Dubai Echo, Botswana Television, KTN in Kenya, Al Jazeera, CGTN Europe and CGTN South Africa.
In Ghana, he said Viory was in discussions with the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, although the two organisations had yet to sign an MoU.
Mr Kobia said the company’s partnerships were aimed at supporting broadcasters and ensuring that stories, particularly those from Africa, reached wider audiences.
