MTN Ghana Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Blewett, joined President John Dramani Mahama and other Ghanaian officials in New York as Ghana showcased its investment opportunities to the global business community.
The engagements included the Nasdaq Closing Bell Ceremony and the US–Ghana Presidential Roundtable, which provided a platform to highlight Ghana as a destination for investment, innovation, partnership and sustainable growth.
Mr Blewett participated in the engagements alongside the Minister for Trade and Industries and the Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Investment Promotion Authority.
According to MTN Ghana, the events created an opportunity to present Ghana’s investment potential to the international business community and strengthen the country’s profile as an investment destination.
The telecommunications company said it remained committed to supporting Ghana’s digital development and creating opportunities that contribute to the country’s economic growth.
