AT Ghana is assuring its customers of great experience on its network as it gears up to introduce new innovations and to expand its footprints across the country.
A statement copied to Techfocus24 said the company is gearing up to open additional customer service centres across the country this year, adding that “this strategic expansion will ensure that our services are more accessible and bringing AT closer to you wherever you may be.”
The company also pledged to introduce more innovative products and services designed to keep customers at the forefront of a rapidly evolving digital landscape, adding that “these advancements will offer more seamless convenience and engagement, transforming the way you connect with technology.”

“Our mobile money service, ATMoney, is also poised to unveil new features designed to offer greater flexibility and enhanced benefits. These forthcoming innovations will streamline your financial management, making it more straightforward and rewarding, in line with the convenience and security you have come to expect from us,” it said.
Focus on SMEs
AT Ghana said with its deep understanding of the pivotal role of small-scale businesses in driving the economy, it is also broadening its Business-to-Business services to support the growth of SMEs.
“Alongside our existing offers, we are developing tailored solutions to empower these small enterprises, equipping them with the necessary tools to thrive in a competitive market,” it explained.
Network investment
According to the statement, AT Ghana is making substantial investments in its network infrastructure to ensure a seamless digital experience, adding that the objective is to provide faster and more reliable data and call network to enable customers to stay connected effortlessly whether for professional pursuits, leisure, or keeping in touch with loved ones.
AT Touching Lives
The telco said through its corporate social responsibility initiative, AT Touching Lives, they continue to support and raise awareness about Sickle Cell disease, collaborating with esteemed institutions such as the National Blood Service of Ghana, the International Sickle Cell Centre Ghana (ISCC Ghana), and the 37 Pediatric Sickle Cell Clinic over the last four years.
“Our efforts include creating educational content, donating essential medical equipment, providing financial support, and organizing blood donation drives to contribute to the education, prevention, management, and eventual cure of Sickle Cell disease in Ghana and beyond. We eagerly anticipate building more partnerships to magnify our impact in 2025,” it stated.
