Meta Platforms has launched its first euro-denominated bond sale, offering investors six tranches with maturities ranging from four to thirty-eight years.
The Facebook parent company opened the books for the offering on Wednesday, according to a lead manager memo.
The move follows Meta’s announcement on Tuesday that it plans to raise $15 billion through a five-part US dollar bond offering.
The proceeds from the bond sales will help finance the company’s growing investments in artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure.
The euro-denominated offering marks Meta’s entry into the European bond market as it seeks additional funding to support its expanding AI infrastructure investments.
