MobileMoney Fintech LTD (MMFL) has notified shareholder about the company’s upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), scheduled to take place virtually on Friday, 12 June 2026, at 11:00 GMT.
In a communiqué issued to shareholders, the company said the meeting would be hosted online through the dedicated platform, momofintechegm.com.
According to MTN Ghana, shareholders will be able to join the virtual meeting using a unique access code that will be sent via SMS or email ahead of the event.
The company also provided an alternative participation option for shareholders who may wish to join by telephone on +233244300025.
MTN Ghana noted that access to the EGM platform will be free for all shareholders who are MTN subscribers. It added that any shareholder who incurs data charges while accessing the platform will be reimbursed by MMFL.
Shareholders have further been encouraged to access the proxy form through the EGM portal ahead of the meeting.
MTN advised shareholders seeking additional information to visit the official EGM website or contact the dedicated support lines provided by the organisers.
The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) forms part of MMFL’s shareholder engagement process and is expected to address matters requiring shareholder approval.
