Nkomor Healthcare Inc. (Nkomor Ghana), a healthcare technology startup committed to driving access to vital healthcare services across Africa through its innovative On-Demand healthcare platform, has announced its strategic collaboration with Mundaly Health, a division of 1Villager Inc to drive easy access to healthcare across Africa.
A joint statement from the two parties said the partnership marks a significant milestone in the mission to make healthcare more accessible and patient-centric on the African continent.
“With a shared vision of amplifying brand visibility and promoting healthcare accessibility,
Nkomor Ghana and Mundaly Health have joined forces to pave the way for transformative
change. Leveraging their combined expertise and resources, the two entities are set to
revolutionize the healthcare landscape in Africa,” it stated.
The collaboration is founded on a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at fostering a collaborative partnership between the two entities. As part of this agreement, Nkomor Health Technologies will work closely with Mundaly Health to organize joint events, webinars, and community initiatives, all focused on promoting healthcare accessibility and patient-centric solutions.
One of the key highlights of the partnership is the integration of Mundaly Health’s Community First Pledge initiative into Nkomor’s innovative healthcare platform, through which Nkomor Ghana will be collecting community feedback, tracking impact, and enhancing healthcare delivery in the regions it serves.
As part of the pilot phase, Nkomor said it will have complimentary access to Mundaly’s platform, enabling seamless collaboration and data-driven insights.
“We are thrilled to embark on this transformative journey with Mundaly Health,” said Ephraim Akuetteh Mensah, Country Operations Manager, representing Nkomor Ghana. “At Nkomor, we are ambitious in our mission to leverage technology to break down barriers to healthcare access in Africa. This partnership not only strengthens our commitment to this mission but also accelerates our efforts to make quality healthcare services accessible to all.”
Ruth Nduta Muriiithi, Chief Product Officer of Mundaly Health, expressed her enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “Mundaly Health is dedicated to driving positive change in healthcare accessibility worldwide. Partnering with Nkomor Health Technologies aligns perfectly with our mission and allows us to make a tangible impact on healthcare delivery in Africa. Together, we are poised to create lasting change and empower communities to lead healthier lives.”
