Telecel Ghana has introduced a new “Back To Coverage” service designed to help customers receive notifications about missed calls when they return to an area with network coverage.
The service targets customers who may be temporarily outside Telecel’s network coverage and could therefore miss incoming calls.
According to Telecel, once a customer returns within network coverage, the Back To Coverage service will notify them of calls they missed while they were unavailable.
Customers can activate the service free of charge by dialling *445#.
Telecel is encouraging customers who frequently move through areas with limited or no network coverage to enrol for the service to ensure they are notified of missed calls once they reconnect to the network.
