Enterprise Computing Limited (ECL) was adjudged the Digital Business Transformation Company of the Year at the maiden Africa Technovate Awards (ATA) in Accra recently.
The Awards event, organised by the Africa Integrated Development Communications Consultancies (AIDEC), also saw some 14 other institutions and two individuals honoured for their outstanding contribution to the digital transformation of Africa.
Enterprise computers went head to head against two very visible f=digital companies – Jiji Ghana and Tonaton, but their superiority in offering diverse digital solutions paid off on the night.
Per the citation, their award was in recognition of ECL’s remarkable transformation of business processes through the application and integration of digital technologies to fundamentally improve business processes and create value.
The company was also loaded for providing a wide range of services including cloud infrastructure service, cybersecurity, backup and recovery and business process automation and bespoke solutions.

She said the team at ECL is overwhelmed with gratitude to have been selected to receive the Digital Innovation Award at the maiden ATA, adding that “.. We are honoured to have our company and solutions recognised.”
According to her, ECL has consistently sought to push the envelope in terms of its digital solutions, and it is refreshing to know that the world is watching and expecting even more from them.
“We are up to the challenge! Our current solutions like smartCover and Robotic Process Automation have transformed the face of insurance and business operations and we cannot wait for the continent to see what else we have up our sleeves,” she said.
But this is not the first time ECL has chalk a milestone. In year 2020 alone ECL implemented a number of solutions at various institutions – they include NetApp Storage at CalBank, F5 implementation at Republic Bank, Core Banking and DR Infrastructure at CBG, and FortiGate Firewall Implementation at Pensions Alliance and Oak Financial. A year earlier in 2019, the also implemented Core Banking solutions at Stanbic Bank.
