Digital Realty bosses pay courtesy call on new NCA Boss

The management of Digital Realty Ghana, a global leader in data centre solutions, has paid a courtesy call on the acting Director General of the National Communications Authority (NCA), Rev. Ing. Edmund Fianko.

The visit was to congratulate him on his appointment and to also introduce the company and its operations to the Authority.

The NCA boss expressed his appreciation for the visit, as he acknowledged Digital Realty’s role in enhancing Ghana’s data infrastructure, and reaffirmed the NCA’s commitment to collaborating with key industry players to drive innovation, strengthen cybersecurity measures, and improve telecom services across the country.

Managing Director of Digital Realty Ghana, Joseph Koranteng, who led the delegation, emphasised the company’s commitment to advancing Ghana’s telecommunications infrastructure.

He noted that Digital Realty offers a full suite of colocation and data center solutions designed to support and optimise critical IT infrastructure.

Joseph Koranteng noted that with over 300 data centers worldwide, including a presence in five African countries, the company provides businesses with secure, scalable, and cost-effective digital infrastructure solutions.

He further stated that one of its key offerings is 24/7 expert support with flexible and on
demand services, allowing businesses to access scheduled or immediate support tailored to
their unique needs.
