Ecobank pushes seamless digital banking solutions amid digital transformation

Ecobank Ghana has reaffirmed its commitment to digital innovation and customer-focused banking solutions to enable its clients benefit from the digital transformation across the globe.

Executive Director of Consumer Banking at ECOBANK Ghana, Tara Squire made the remarks during a panel discussion at the recent MTN Digital Transformation Conference ’26.

‎The theme for the panel discussion was “Embracing Digital Transformation for Marketing Excellence”, and Tara Squire joined other industry leaders to examine how digital innovation continues to reshape customer experiences and redefine marketing strategies across industries.

‎The discussion highlighted the increasing role of data and technology in delivering smarter, faster and more personalised solutions for both businesses and consumers. Other panelists also underscored the importance of customer-centric digital experiences and the need for organisations to continually adapt to the demands of an evolving digital economy.

‎According to Mr Squire, businesses must remain agile and innovative in order to stay relevant in today’s rapidly changing digital landscape.

‎‎He noted that digital transformation was no longer optional for organisations seeking to improve operational efficiency, strengthen customer engagement and remain competitive in the marketplace.

‎‎Mr Squire said Ecobank Ghana remained focused on driving innovation and providing seamless digital banking solutions and processes that empower individuals, businesses and communities across Ghana and beyond.

‎‎He expressed appreciation to MTN Ghana, the various speakers, panelists and participants of the conference for what he described as impactful conversations, valuable insights and a shared vision for the future of digital transformation.
